Absolutely love it here!Food is great service is awesome. You gotta try the chocolate cake!

I had the Reuben sandwich and thought it was excellent but at $7.50 with no fries was a little much. It seemed to be like a bunch of friends running the diner (all females) After my meal I had to have a piece of that cake and OMG it was delicious. I would come back and easy here again.

Old-timey diner tucked away in a beautiful part of Frankfort, right near the Kentucky river. We ate breakfast there on a Saturday morning and were not disappointed. The food was great (don't miss their home fried potatoes, not the hash browns, ask for the fried potatoes!), the service was also good and we enjoyed the friendly locals, several of whom spoke to us and gave us great information about the area. If we get back to Frankfort some day, this will be a stop for sure.

Wow what a nice place for breakfast! The 4 lady that work on Saturday morning are so sweet. The food was amazing.

It's exactly what you think a diner should be. Great burgers. Crunchy, tasty onion rings. Ice cold soft drinks that are refilled nonstop..... and awesome homemade pies for dessert. What's there not to love?Make the trip over the cliff!

Great breakfast. Open 7 days a week. Homestyle cooking with a really entertaining crew. Highly recommended.

Comfortable, home town feel with some of the sweetest and swiftest staff I've ever seen! Their business has me rethinking the standard of quality I expect- they absolutely knocked it out of the park in terms of the food and the delivery. I left a $10 tip on a $9 meal because they were THAT good!

The staff made my wife and I feel like family! We enjoyed a fantastic meal that was on the table in minutes. At the end of the meal they offered to fill up travel cups.Do your family a favor and Go Try this place!!!

The food was great, the service fast and friendly, and I love the quaintness of the restaurant. This place is definitely a hidden gem.If you like a good diner, you needn't look any further.

Great service! Burger was great. Parking is a little dangerous so be careful. Change the fries to skinny ones and this place would be a 5 star.

One of the best omelettes I’ve eaten - they even did me an egg white only and I don’t think that’s a normal thing to ask for out here. Good coffee and amazing service 👌🏽

The concept of a 1950's diner was cute. It was more of a GREASY SPOON. Glad they had a roll of paper towels on the table to absorb some of grease. Fries could have been cooked a little more. But OK is the best I can give it. Prices are reasonable.

Breakfast is no longer served all day.Fried potatoes are great. The onion rings are awesome (although we were not informed of an upcharge for having these as one of our two sides).Very friendly staff!

My favorite breakfast spot in Frankfort can also become my favorite lunch spot with their awesome Cliffside Burger!

Today’s special was a Kentucky Hot Brown plus side and a drink for only $8.99!!! This is what Kentucky IS supposed to taste like! My meal was prepared by the owner in front of me and she made a point to say hello or thank you or check on meals for every customer in the restaurant- all while working her grill and fryer! If you don’t want to sit at the cozy counter or few inside booths- you can always order your meal to go. I will be making this a regular stop for me and my family - I can’t wait to go back!

I've been going here all my life (35 years). I always have a special order that differs from their menu and they dont hesitate or act as if it's an inconvenience. The crew that works there today is the best ever. They are some of the sweetest girls you will ever meet. Love them so much. If you want good food great company then this is the place for you. Small but big on everything else that counts.

We stopped here traveling through. It didn’t look like much from the outside but don’t let that fool ya! The food was excellent and the staff was very friendly. The setting inside is like a little retro diner.

Classic dinner, wedged in alongside the road. Burgers, sandwiches, lots of sides. Greasy spoon in the best sense of the phrase.

Cornbread that is so fluffy that it tastes like pancakes? Yes, please. I had the fried chicken meal, with green beans, mashed potatoes and gravy and cornbread. 8 bucks and some change. Try to find home cooked food that is so delicious it's insane somewhere else.

Terrible customer service, took 45 minutes to get our food, & overcharged us. Will not be returning & I recommend you don’t either.

Me and my girlfriend drive past Cliffside all the time and today we decided to have lunch there. Very impressed! For such a small diner/restaurant the food was amazing. We both had burgers and both loved what we had. Extremely pleased with the service, could easily be in and out in 30 minutes without a drop in quality. Will recommend and for sure be back!

Reminded me of little roadside diners my family would stop in when traveling when I was a kid. My burger and fries were great and our waitress was excellent.

Absolutely first rate. 18 years in the restaurant business but my first time here. Excellent beer cheese burger, great onion rings, fries and ice cold sodas. But the real gems here are the servers. Super friendly, fun, and sweet!

We really enjoyed the food here. It is reasonably priced, and I can vouch for their cheeseburgers! Good ambience, and the place itself is tucked away in a beautiful area.
